County partners aim to complete Kiwanis Trail with $300,000 grant

The completion of the Kiwanis Trail into the City of Tecumseh will soon become a reality with some help from a state grant, according to Chris Miller, the City of Adrian’s Downtown Development Authority and economic development coordinator.
